1890 10c type A12 (probably #50) bisect to Paris, probably a unique usage as stamps were only valid within Colombia. "0" marking in red (non-recognition of franking as per UPU regulations, has Cartagena CDS, purple T postage due marking and purple transit on front, Colon transit marking and Paris receiving marking (11/20/1890).
