Forbin (1915) catalog on these is 188.00 francs, and the collection has most of the Forbin listed items plus some unlisted.  Varieties are written up and explained.  Includes one  full sheet of Medellin stamped paper, (1901-2, third class, 4 pesos) used as a ledger sheet with 47 examples of  Forbin #7.  Seldom offered, you can own this group for $200.

CO-ST-09--Specialized Collection of Scott 255-6 (Yvert Cauca 6, 6a, 7).  15 examples of 255, including one of Yvert 6a.  Twenty five examples of 256 including several multiples and a rare tete beche pair with a large gutter between, which I have never seen before.  All of the stamps are identified by plate position,  both perf and imperf with only a few missing for completion.  Also includes two stamps Scott lists in the states section "of private origin.  The stamps alone catalog E190, ($256), but there should be a substantial premium for the tete-beche pair.  A great start to an exhibit of Colombian States, only $200.
