31 Bisect on a front from Salto to Montevideo, neatly tied with a FRANCA blue box cancel and dated February 13, 1886 This is only a month after the stamps were issued so it appears that Salto ran out of 5c stamps quite quickly. Interesting piece of postal history, with normal file folds and a stain but very scarce, $65. PHOTO
